We’re committed to getting you your order quickly, so you can back to riding your favorite trails.
We ship to all 50 U.S. States (Alaska and Hawaii too, we see you!).
All orders over $99.00 USD qualify for free standard shipping, with same-day processing when possible.
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 12:00PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00PM (Noon) PST will ship the next business day (excluding holidays).
Delivery Estimates:
Most packages arrive in 2-5 business days from shipment.
Rural or remote areas may take 3-7 business days (up to 10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii).
Holidays and Delays: Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday). We’ll notify you of any significant delays.
Expedited Options: We focus on reliable, cost-effective shipping. If you need faster delivery, reach out to our team by sending us a message via contact form for potential alternatives. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Track your package directly on the USPS website or via the link in your email.
We aim for 100% trackable shipments—contact us if your tracking isn’t updating.
Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Only: We ship to all 50 US states (no Puerto Rico, or US territories).
PO Boxes and Addresses: Accepted, but delivery times may vary for PO Boxes.
International Shipping: Not available at this time. We’re exploring options for Canada and Europe—sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our shipping policy ties directly into our hassle-free returns:
Free Exchanges: 45-day window for unused products; we cover return shipping labels for exchanges.
Returns: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with product returns that result in refunds.
Damaged in Transit?: If your kit arrives damaged, email us via our Exchange Form within 7 days with photos—we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
