Refund policy

 

You have 60 days after your order was placed to request a return. Your item must be in its original condition and include all original packaging in new condition to be eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refunded.


TO START A RETURN:

Fill out our Return Form and be sure to specify which item you wish to return. We will respond promptly.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you an Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will not accept any items mailed to us without first requesting a return authorization (RA). Request an RA Number by submitting a return form.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product is to fill out and submit our Exchange Request Form We will do our best to make this process quick and painless.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment amount (less shipping costs)via your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to our team by sending us a message via contact form. We typically respond within 24 hours.
